Networking Africa & beyond
African Network AFRI Aviation maintains strong working relationships with a wide network of freelance experts and consulting firms throughout Africa. This agile resource pool enables us to quickly form consortia tailored for specific projects. For example, AFRI led a successful consortium with a consultancy firm in Ghana and a freelance expert from Cameroon to undertake a SAATM implementation study commissioned by AFCAC—demonstrating AFRI’s ability to mobilize regionally for high-impact projects. Global Collaborations Recognizing the need for global expertise, AFRI Aviation strategically opened itself to international partnerships to complement local capabilities. AFRI collaborated with KPMG Consulting to jointly bid for a major Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority project in 2017. However, the project was eventually awarded to AFRI as decision was made to utilize local firm.
